Experimental study on the correlation between liquid depth and evaporation rate under the same evaporation level
同蒸发液面下液体深度与蒸发速率相关性的实验研究

摘要
本文是对同蒸发液面下液体深度与蒸发速率相关性实验的初次和重复扩展研究。实验证明了液体蒸发速率受液面至管口的距离影响较大。用注射器制作了液面离管口距离可调节的“量筒”,用塑料量筒制作了量程不同,但能保证初始液面到管口的距离一样的量筒,克服了液面到管口的距离影响蒸发速率这个变量的影响。除用水之外,还用乙醇、汽油进行类似实验。最近的实验又包含三个实验:(1)同液面不同高度的容器蒸发速率与水量的关系实验;(2)异形容器水量与蒸发量关系实验;(3)2米长管与短管水量与蒸发量关系的实验。这些实验的结论都符合基于液相整体蒸发定律的预期,因此进一步确证了液相整体蒸发定律是普遍成立的。

Abstract
This paper is an extended study of the experiment on the correlation between the depth of liquid below the liquid surface and the evaporation rate which was first studied and then replicated. The experiment proved that the evaporation rate of the liquid is greatly affected by the distance from the liquid surface to the tube. A graduated cylinder with adjustable liquid surface distance from the tube opening was made using a syringe, and plastic graduated cylinders with different ranges but the same initial liquid distance from the tube opening were made to overcome the variable of the distance from the liquid surface to the tube opening affecting the evaporation rate. In addition to water similar experiments were conducted with ethanol and gasoline. The latest experiment includes three experiments: (1) the relationship between the evaporation rate and the amount of water in with the same liquid surface but different heights; (2) the relationship between the amount of water and the evaporation in containers with different shapes; and (3 the relationship between the amount of water and the evaporation in a 2-meter-long tube and a short tube. The conclusions of these experiments are consistent with the based on the overall evaporation law of the liquid phase, thus further confirming that the overall evaporation law of the liquid phase is universally valid.
